A credit card (Master Card or Visa Card only) deposit of half of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. A confirmation letter will be mailed, faxed or emailed to you after receipt of deposit.
A credit card is required for your deposit as a means of security in case of damage, missing items or excessive use of the property. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. Your credit card will be charged automatically for the balance of your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival.

We will charge you $100 cancellation fee should you need to cancel your reservation after confirmation is made. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited. However, if your reservation is during the months of December, January, February and March your deposit will be forfeited unless the property is re-booked for the same period. A pro-rata amount will be refunded to you if the property is re-booked for a portion of the rental time. Sudden illness is determined on a case by case together with doctor's letter.
In the event property is sold, damaged or removed from our rental pool, we will make every effort to switch your reservation to a similar unit. However, if we are not able to do so to your satisfaction, you may cancel your reservation and receive your full deposit.

All guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Friendly Isle Realty, Inc. and Molokai Resorts and its employees from any and all claims, liabilities and damages arising out of or related to guests use of properties under our management including guests of guests or any other person using the property with guests permission during their rental period. Owner shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to guests possessions at the property during the rental period.

The unit shall be left in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. We will charge for the movement of any furniture except lanai furniture. Guest will be charged $25 for lost of house keys and $50 for pool keys. Return keys to the lock box if any otherwise leave them in the unit and the cleaners will return to our office. No smoking in any of our units. Guests shall abide by posted house rules. Laws of Hawaii shall apply to all guests.
